Located inside Charleston Wellness Workspace in West Ashley, across from Home Team BBQ on Hwy 61. It is in a complex of small brightly colored buildings, and we are the yellow building, second on your left when you come into the parking lot from Carriage Lane.
In-person Therapy
I believe that the therapeutic process can be enhanced by simply being in a comfortable physical space with another human, without the distraction of our day to day lives. It can provide a sense of peace and presence that allows us to reflect more deeply, connect more freely, and show up for ourselves in the therapy space.
